Colin James is the best blues guitarist that ever lived in Canada. This legend, burst onto the musical scene in the 80’s starting his musical career as a rock guitarist. Before turning into a pop vocalist. He later turned his hand to Big Band Swing in the Little Big Band. He has a very distinctive voice that is gravel-toned which moves his audience. He will be performing at Massey Hall on February 18th 2017. The tickets are going out from $70.

6. Run The Jewels

This is a hip hop group. It started as a side project for EI-P and Killer Mike, who is an Atlanta based rapper. They released their debut album dubbed eponymous in the year 2013. This was quickly followed by the Jewels 2 in 2014. The group is on the road once again with their tour dubbed Run the World Tour’. On this tour, the group is armed with their yet to be released RJ3. 7. Blackie and the Rodeo Kings.

This a roots rock music outfit which started as a tribute to a Canadian Songwriter called Willie P Bennett back in the year 1996. Billy Talent is a Canadian rock band. Their debut in the music arena was through their eponymous album in the year 2003. This is after having existed under the name Pezz. With this name change, came reinvention of the group which heralded a new way of doing music. This unveiled a more aggressive way of doing music for the group. The band is in Toronto in support of their fifth album title Afraid of Heights’. The concert is scheduled for 27th February, 2017, at the Air Canada Centre. The Tickets are going out for $60.

 

9. HOLDIN’ MY OWN TOUR by Eric Church.

Eric Church, who is a country singer who doubles up as song writer, will be following up on his 2016 Mr. Misunderstood tour with this tour. The concert is scheduled for 2nd March, 2017. In this particular tour, Church is expected to go solo meaning that there will be no support acts. This will be a concert of its kind since it will be the first one in which he goes solo. Church together with his band, are expected to play two full sets. In between the sets, there will be an intermission. The Toronto Concert Tickets are going for $70. 10. Pierce The Veil Band

This Band was formed in the year 2006, in San Diego. This band has been working hard on their genre of proggy hard-core. The band has been on pressure after they released their album titled Misadventures. This album was hailed as the best album they have ever released. This album made it to number one on several billboard charts such as the Indie, Hard Rock and Rock. The band will be performing on the 1st and 2nd day of March 2017 at the Danforth Music Hall, which is located at 147 Danforth Avenue, Toronto. The tickets are going out for $46.
